What is Food Club by LSE?
Food Club by LSE lets you earn food and drink rewards that you can use in LSE Catering cafes and restaurants on campus. For every £1 you spend in one of our outlets, you'll get five points added to your virtual purse.

How do I spend points?
Present your phone with the Food Club by LSE app id-tag to the cashier when you pay at the till. Your points will added immediately. You can check your balance on the app, online or just by presenting your app to a cashier who will give you a points

How do I start using Food Club by LSE?
Just download the Food Club by LSE app and register an account on the Food Club by LSE web portal. Present your LSE Food Club app when prompted by the cashier and scan your ID tag at the till before you pay to collect the points.

Can I use Food Club by LSE anywhere on campus?
You can use Food Club by LSE at outlets run by LSE Catering.

My app is not working or I cannot register/logon?
Email catering.foodclub@lse.ac.uk and we will help you.

Who do I contact if I have any queries about the Food Club by LSE scheme?
Email catering.foodclub@lse.ac.uk and we will get back to you.

Can other people add points to my card?
No, unless you allow them to collect the points during the transaction using your phone.

Are there any setup fees?
No, using the Food Club by LSE app is free. The points are added as you shop and you can spend them straight away.
